CRM Architect

EXO ARNVIND is seeking a CRM Architect to a world leader in innovative headset solutions. Our Customer has around 1000 employees, with sales offices around the world, where they develops and markets a broad range of wireless headsets and in-car speakerphones for mobile users and both wireless and corded headsets for contact centers and office-based users.

Our customer is listed on NASDAQ OMX.


You are the technical mastermind behind further developing the MS Dynamics CRM Cloud platform supporting 500+ business user around the world.

So, first and foremost you ensure a stable, efficient and flexible CRM platform. This basically means that you are responsible for architecture and configuration plus the integration between CRM platform and adjacent applications. And in this position you own a mix of tasks, and participate actively in configuration and development activities for CRM and integrations.

Our direct collegues are a spicy mix of both IT and business people, Digital Business Development. This team has full ownership of the CRM solution. And you will get to make friends with highly esteemed colleagues from all parts of the international organization, including Global Marketing, Sales Excellence, After Market Service and Online Sales.

  • You have +6 years of CRM experience – with MS Dynamics CRM.
  • You probably have knowledge Scribe Insight since our CRM platform has a lot of Scribe integrations to adjacent backend applications (AX, SAP, Sitecore)
  • You have great communication skills since you’re architecting changes and new projects in close corporation with business and IT colleagues
  • You are fluent in oral and written English.
  • Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent or higher
  • Preferably, you have international experience
